So Kool or Not Kool? Simple Scrumptious Grilled Chicken

So Kool or Not Kool?  Either Way
Picky Eater's Opinion?  A little salty
Will it make the Future Chef's Menu?  He was not present to test it out. 

We eat a lot of chicken.  A. LOT!!!  So, I am always looking for new ways to try to make it.  This chicken recipe was good, but both picky eater and myself found it to be a little saltier than we would have liked.  Now, I did alter this recipe a little bit (not on purpose, but it just happened, so I had to roll with it.  I did not adjust the marinade at all and was sure I would love this because of the brown sugar, which I adore.  Now, for the sauce, I had to leave out the bacon.  I had already been to the store twice that day and thought I had bacon, so I didn't even look for it.  Turns out... I was wrong, so we made the sauce without the bacon.  Also, didn't have Worcestershire Sauce (you can see how well prepared I was), so we used Dale's Seasoning instead.  It was good, but nothing to write home about.  If I made it again, I would make sure to have bacon because bacon always adds flavor to everything.  Also, again, no pictures.  BUT...  I promise I will be making up for that in July's posts.  Look for some of those tomorrow night.

  1. I wonder if the difference was the Dale's instead of the Worcestershire. I don't remember if we thought this was too salty... I have to go back and read! Haha!
