We read on the AllTrails app that the hike right outside of our campground – called Kruger rock – had a very high rating. We were super excited to trek up the mountain.
They were gorgeous views of both the Rocky Mountains and Estes Park as we made the hike up.
But seriously – check out that view.
At the end – they were rocks for the boys to climb up. This always makes them very happy. We were not able to stay long at the top due to the sheer quantity of black flies that were up there.
This was the cool metal sign that was at the entrance to the campground.
