Well, this is a June recipe that I got to in July. Our June was insane because I was out of town for 20 of the 30 days in June, so some of the recipes just had to wait until July. I made this steak recipe with a sirloin tip, so it was a little thicker cut than what Ree used, but I did let it marinade overnight. Other than that, we followed the recipe exactly and cooked it until it was medium rare. We don't have red meat often and especially steak, but this was an easy recipe to make and it was DELIGHTFUL. We will most definitely use this again. Unfortunately, in the rush of trying to get the rest of June's recipes and July's recipes fit into July, I didn't take any pictures. This recipe took about 5 minutes to mix together, 16 hours to marinate in the fridge and about 20 minutes for Picky Eater to Grill them on the grill. Y.U.M!!!
