I have gone the past 24 hours without sugar. For me, that is an eternity. The good news is that I have survived. I am also hoping that each day gets easier. In addition, I am in search of
a some good vegetable recipes that my husband will eat. Currently, he only eats corn and potatoes, with an occasional green bean thrown in. Of course, he likes the two with the least nutritional value. I made this Roasted Carrot Recipe for dinner tonight. He ate it, but it wasn't his favorite. I guess the project continues. If you have any great recipes that you can recommend, please... please, send them my direction.
