Sweet as Pie: Herb Goat Cheese Spread

I was very nervous about this recipe when I first saw it. I love cheese, but had never tried goat cheese before. This recipe was very easy to assemble. I didn't have any fresh chives, so I used dried chives. Other than that, I followed the recipe to a tee. First thing you did was throw everything in the food processor, although I believe the blender would work just as well. Blended altogether until it's smooth. Put it in the serving bowl and serve with crackers. This was wonderful and I will definitely be making that again. I imagine it would have even more flavor with fresh chives.
